What the OmniBiz website and sign-up pages measure, who receives it, and how to turn it off.

What this covers
This page covers the OmniBiz website at omnibiz.theorem-labs.com/home and the sign-up, demo and sign-in pages it links to. OmniBiz is a Theorem Labs product.
It does not cover the OmniBiz app a business uses after signing in. Nothing is measured on these pages in a browser that is signed in to OmniBiz, or in the OmniBiz Android app.
What we measure
PostHog, our analytics service, hosted in the EU, receives the pages you view, the buttons and links you tap, how far you scroll, how long a page stays open, where clicks land on a page, and a recording of the page as you use it. Anything typed into a field is masked in the recording, and page addresses are sent without their query string. PostHog receives your IP address with each request and keeps a random identifier in this browser's storage.
The Meta pixel, from Meta Platforms, receives a page view for each page, and an event when you open a WhatsApp chat with us, open the demo or create a shop. Each of these carries the page's full address, including its query string, and the page you came from. Meta receives them with your IP address, your browser details and any Meta cookies your browser already holds, and uses them to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show them to people likely to find them useful.
When you create a shop while ad measurement is on, our server may also report the sign-up to Meta, so that it is counted even if the pixel could not send it. In hashed form, that report carries your phone number, its country and our identifier for the shop. It also carries the ad's click id, your IP address and your browser details as they are.
When you arrive from an ad, its campaign tags (such as utm_source and fbclid) are kept in this browser for up to 30 days and passed to the sign-up page, so that a new shop is credited to the ad that brought it.
Each measured visit also gets a random journey identifier. It goes with the events PostHog receives and with links into the sign-up pages, and when you create a shop our server attaches it to the new shop in our analytics, so that the visit and the sign-up are counted together. The sign-up pages keep it in this browser until a shop is created and use it for up to 30 days; Decline removes it.
Your choices
Privacy settings, on every page, lets you decline. Decline stops PostHog, the recording and the Meta pixel on this website and the sign-up pages, removes the stored campaign tags, and is remembered in this browser. You can accept again from the same place.
In the EU, the EEA and the UK, nothing is measured until you accept.
Clearing this site's data in your browser removes your stored choice and these identifiers.
